ECOCON concrete (gasbeton) is a type of non-autoclaved aerated lightweight cellular concretes that is manufactured in the form of dry mix (powder) and can be turned into lightweight cellular concrete by simple mixing with water. Unique manufacturing processes with application of nano-technology allows pre-designed consistency of products and guaranteed quality of lightweight concrete independently where it has been produced (in-plant or in-situ).

ECOCON is based on application of latest scientific achievements in construction and nano-technologies aimed on development of new type of aerated lightweight cellular concrete - ECOCON Gasbeton or ECOCON Nanocrete at it is called sometime. ECOCON lightweight concrete is the only one green and affordable construction material that can be produced at any region, isolated or developing country without dependence on imported raw materials, substantial energy consumption and qualified labor force, and that can be applied for construction of thermal insulated, energy saving buildings.

2008 - 2010

Scientific studies, laboratory tests and certification processes in Russia, Belarus and Germany, Setting of first plants in Russia and Ukraine. 

2012

ECOCON Group has been legally established in the UAE.

2013

During Big 5 International Construction Exhibition in Dubai ECOCON Technology gained Gaia Award - main award for the most green and innovative product in the Middle East and Northern Africa. 

2014

First fully-fledged ECOCON plant was launched in Al Ghail Industrial area in Ras Al Khaimah (UAE). Plant produces 120 cubic meters of blocks and 40 tons of dry mix daily. ISO certification was achieved in order to insure quality and management effectiveness. 

2014 - 2018

Successful development of ECOCON technology in the UAE. Application of ECOCON products, R&D, certification and approval procedures. Setting up ECOCON plants in Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Oman.

ECOCON "E-P-2"-Type Plant is capable to produce a product mix of 5 different products based on lightweight cellular concrete production technology. This gives unique opportunity to diversify business and to avoid dependence on market fluctuations. Such products as decorative cornices and dry mix are always in high demand in the market.

Two-components dry powder material that is applied by simple mixing with water and adding Cell Generating component to mixture.

The material is used for for construction (filling) of walls and partitions, lightweight floor screeds, road and pipeline beddings, and soil backfilling. 

ECOCON blocks combine such advantages as: light weight (400 - 800 kg/m3), thermal insulation, fire and acoustic proofing, workability and durability. This is economical and efficient replacement to lightweight aggregate, AAC and sandwich blocks.  

ECOCON super-light blocks is a unique natural (non-organic) material with density below 275 kg/m3. These blocks are applied as filler and insulation for pre-cast concrete panels. Perfect thermal insulation properties allow usage of super-light blocks instead of expensive and fire dangerous polystyrene insulation.

ECOCON Facade and Cladding Panels are kind of blocks with thickness up to 100 mm. Panels are applied for thermal insulation of RCC structures and fire protection of elevator and staircases shafts and steel structures, construction of fire-rated walls and partitions.  

ECOCON decorative elements are produced by special cutting processing of lightweight concrete massive. Due to their lightweight, reasonable strength and special way of finishing, ECOCON decorative elements are excellent economical replacement to expensive GRC units.
